Creava is an AI-powered personal creativity workspace that helps users capture, organize, and develop their creative potential. Our Service includes various features such as:
- Creative assessment and personalization tools
- AI-powered analysis and insights

- Automated assistants and recommendations
- Missions & Gamification: Experience points (XP) and achievements system
3. Waitlist and Beta Access
Creava is currently in beta. Access to the platform is managed through a waitlist system:
- Waitlist registration does not guarantee platform access
- We may grant access based on various factors including completion of assessments, engagement, and capacity
- Beta users acknowledge that features may change or be discontinued without notice
- Feedback and bug reports are encouraged and appreciated
4. User Accounts
4.1 Account Creation
- You may create an account using email (magic link authentication) or OAuth (Twitter, LinkedIn, GitHub)
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- One person may not maintain multiple accounts

5. User Content and Data

You retain all rights to content you submit to Creava, including:

5.2 License Grant
By submitting content, you grant Creava a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- Store, process, and analyze your content using AI systems
- Generate insights, recommendations, and creative suggestions
- Create aggregated, anonymized analytics for service improvement
- Display your content back to you within the platform
5.3 AI-Generated Content
- AI-generated insights, suggestions, and content are provided as-is
- You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI outputs before use
- We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content
- You retain ownership of content created with AI assistance
6. Social Media Integration
When you connect social media accounts (Twitter, LinkedIn, GitHub):
- We collect publicly available profile information

- You can disconnect accounts at any time from your settings

- We do not post on your behalf without explicit permission

Note: Creava is currently free during beta. The following terms will apply when paid plans are introduced:
- Subscription fees will be charged in advance on a recurring basis
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Beta users may receive discounted pricing or grandfathered rates

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Security of data transmission
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREAVA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
- Service interruptions or data loss
- Third-party actions or content
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO CREAVA IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify and hold Creava harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
